Refund & Returns Policy
Every Mr. Alchemystic shirt is printed to order, just for you. Because each one is made after you buy it, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for the wrong size or color. But if something is wrong with your shirt, we will make it right.
Misprinted, damaged or defective? We'll fix it, free
If your shirt arrives with a printing error, damage or a defect, or you received the wrong item:
1. Email mr.alchemystic@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue (and of the tag or size label if it's the wrong item).
3. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund. Your choice.
There's no need to send the shirt back.
What doesn't count as a defect:
• Print position: small variations, up to about half an inch.
• Measurements: small differences, under 1 inch from the size chart.
• New-shirt traces: a faint smell or light residue on brand-new prints. This washes out after the first wash. Wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low.
Size and fit
Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
• If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
• Wrong size? Because every shirt is printed for you, we can't take it back. Email us and we'll offer 50% off a reprint in your correct size as a thank-you for supporting independent art.
Cancelling or changing an order
• The window: you can cancel or change your order (size, color or address) within 12 hours of placing it. Email mr.alchemystic@gmail.com with your order number.
• After that, your shirt is already in production and we can't cancel it.
Lost or undelivered packages
See our Shipping Policy. If a package is lost in transit, we'll replace it or refund you. If it's returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping is at the customer's cost.
How refunds work
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
• Your bank or card company may take a few more days to post it.
• Shipping costs are refunded only when the refund is for our mistake (a misprint, damage, the wrong item or a lost package).
