Shipping Policy
Every Mr. Alchemystic shirt is printed just for you. Nothing sits in a warehouse. When you place an order, your design is printed, inspected and shipped from one of our print partners. Here's what to expect.
Made to order
• Production time: most orders are printed and shipped within 2–7 business days. During the holidays and other busy seasons it can take a little longer.
• If you order more than one shirt, items can be printed at different facilities and arrive in separate packages.
Shipping rates
• United States: $4.95 for the first item, $2.40 for each additional item.
• Exact shipping is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times (after your order ships)
• United States: 2–5 business days.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO and US territories can take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers sometimes slow down from weather or peak seasons.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO and US territories. International shipping is coming soon.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first update. If it seems stuck, check the carrier's site or your local post office. Packages are sometimes held there for pickup.
Double-check your address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct, including apartment or unit numbers. Once your shirt goes into production, we usually can't change the address.
• Spotted a mistake? Email us right away at mr.alchemystic@gmail.com and we'll try to fix it before printing.
• If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we're happy to reship it, but the reshipping cost (and a reprint, if the carrier didn't return the shirt) is the customer's responsibility.
Lost, late or stolen packages
• Not arrived? If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us at mr.alchemystic@gmail.com within one week after that. Include your order number. We'll investigate with our print partner and the carrier, and if the package is truly lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement or refund you.
• Before reaching out, please check that your address on the order is correct and ask your local post office whether they're holding it.
• Tracking says delivered but you can't find it? Check with neighbors, your building's mailroom and the carrier first. Once tracking shows a package as delivered to the correct address, we can't be responsible for theft, but please contact us and we'll do what we can to help.
